GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC (G.A.R.) BUILDING

An adaptive reuse project with the complete restoration of the iconic G.A.R. Building. The design build transformed the former Fraternal Lodge & City of Detroit Recreation Center into 20,000 sq. ft. of useable office and restaurant spaces.
